Uses. Menstrual pads, tampons and menstral cup are worn to absorb menstrual discharge thereby protect clothing and furnishings.
Pads :-
Pads are usually individually wrapped so they are easier and more discreet to carry in a purse or bag. Pads awrapper may be used to wrap the soiled pads before disposing of them in appropriate receptacles.
Tampons :-
Tampons are little plug made of cotton that fir inside your vagina and soak up menstrual blood. You wear the cup inside your vagina, and it collects menstrual blood. Most cups are reusable you just empty it when you need to, wash it, and use it again. But that's harmful for your vagina. Always use new tampons othen than reuse the tampons.

Cups can hold more blood than other methods, leading many women to use them as an eco- friendly alternatives to tampons.

• Change every 3-4 hours.
• Mostly use and throw.
Maximum time to use tampons :-
• Change every 3-4 hours.
• Use and throw and some are reuseable.
Maximum time to use menstrual cups :-
• Wear for upto 12 hours.
• Reusable upto 10 years.
